Our philosophy at Peak is to focus on 5 key elements of fitness; cardiorespiratory capacity, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility & body composition. We design our clubs, programmes & classes to cater to all of the elements of fitness; by doing so our members can get faster, safer, more effective results.

Founded by medical doctors, sports scientists & nutritionists, we like to give our Peak members piece of mind when working out at our clubs; we have designed our clubs, programmes & classes to be fully backed by scientific evidence. If we don’t believe in the safety, effectiveness and evidence to support a particular piece of equipment, group class or training method, you will NOT find it available in any our clubs! You wouldn’t go to a non-medically qualified person when you were ill so why would you use unproven training methods & programmes? Peak Fitness clubs can deliver the latest training & nutritional methods using the latest advancements in wellness & sport science research so that we are able to satisfy our members needs in a safe, effective, researched & scientifically proven environment.

At Peak Fitness you are never alone– we have the tools, guidance & support to help you reach your health & fitness goals. At Peak Fitness we will never swipe your bank card upon sign-up and & then leave you completely alone; joining a Peak Fitness club is a commitment from our members to us and a commitment from us to our members; our expert Peak team will work closely with you until those goals are reached, surpassed & then maintained!
