Instructors here at Peak Fitness will take you on a “ride” that includes sprints, hill climbs, intervals and circuits. Spinning is great for people who want a motivating workout that they can control at their own pace. The bike features an adjustable mechanism that controls resistance on the front wheel. If you want to work harder it’s totally up to you – just turn the dial up. Seats and handlebars are adjustable, so you feel like you’re riding on a real bike. As well as providing great cardio exercise, all that pedaling is perfect for toning your legs as it strengthens your glutes, thighs, and calves.

If you’re not into traditional, choreography-based fitness classes, spinning classes will be perfect for you, as classes don’t rely on rhythm or complex moves but on using the beat to keep you pushing hard on the pedals. If you have problems with your knees or joints, spinning is also perfect because it’s low-impact. It’s also suitable for people who want to balance out spinning classes with higher-impact exercises like running or BODYCOMBAT.
