HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

 

GENERAL

Q. What are the club opening hours?

A. You can find the opening hours for each club here: Club Locations & Info.

Q. Can I bring a guest to the club?

A. Yes! Guests are welcome for a complimentary one-time visit. Simply accompany them to the club reception to register.

Q. Do I need to bring my own towel?

A. Towels are provided at Peak Fitness G Tower. However, at Peak Fitness Premier @ Exchange 106, TRX, and Peak Fitness IKON Connaught, towels are not included. You can bring your own or purchase one at these locations. For other Peak Fitness clubs, we offer a towel service on a monthly rental basis.

Q. What happens if I lose an item in the club?

A. Please report any lost items to our club reception, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Remember, your belongings are your responsibility.

Q. Can my children wait in the members’ lounge while I work out?

A. For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the club as the facilities are not child-proof.

Q. Are your staff trained in first aid?

A. Yes, all our personal trainers are first aid certified to ensure your safety during workouts.

Q. Do you have any branches outside Klang Valley?

A. Yes, we have a branch located in Gurney Plaza, Penang.

Q. How do I get an E-Invoice for my purchase?

A. Click here to access the E-Invoice request form, fill in the required details, and submit it. We will process your request and email the E-Invoice to you once it is ready. For further assistance, please contact hello@peakfitness.com.my.

 

FACILITIES

Q.  Which club has a swimming pool?

A. Only Peak Fitness G Tower (Jalan Tun Razak, KL) has a swimming pool.

Q. Which club offers an ice bath and onsen?

A. Currently, Peak Fitness Premier at Exchange 106, TRX, features an ice bath and onsen.

Q. Which clubs have saunas?

A. Saunas are available at Peak Fitness Premier @ Exchange 106, TRX (Far Infrared Sauna), Peak Fitness G Tower, and Peak Fitness Citta Mall.

 

EMERGENCY

Q. What should I do if the fire alarm sounds?

A. Stay calm. Our trained staff will guide you to safety. If the alarm stops quickly, it may be a false alarm or routine test.

 

MEMBERSHIP

Q. What is the minimum age to join?

A. Membership is open to anyone 14 years or older. Members under 16 require a legal guardian’s signature.

Q. How much does membership cost?

A. Rates vary by package and location. Contact your preferred club or check out our options here: Gym Selection & Prices.

Q. How can I pay for my membership?

A. You can pay via auto debit on your credit/debit card or prepaid term membership options are also available.

Q. Are there any extra fees?

A. Personal training sessions come at an additional cost. All clubs provide complimentary beverages (via a water dispenser) and toiletries as part of your membership, except for Peak Fitness IKON Connaught. However, vending machines are available at Peak Fitness IKON Connaught, offering water, energy drinks, shampoo, body wash, padlocks, and towels for purchase.

Q. Will I get a receipt for membership payments?

A. You may approach our staff at your nearest Peak Fitness club and we will gladly assist you on this.

Q. Can I use my membership at all Peak Fitness clubs?

A. Premier membership gives you access to all Peak Fitness clubs in Malaysia.

Q. Can I put my membership on hold?

A. Yes, you can freeze your membership for medical reasons or overseas assignments longer than 14 days. Supporting documents are required, and a freeze fee applies.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?

A. If you’re still within your contract period, a one calendar month notice and a cancellation fee will apply. If you’re outside of your contract period, only a one calendar month notice is required, with no cancellation fee. Visit the club or contact customer service for details.

Q. Who can I speak to about membership or club queries?

A. Our reception team is always ready to assist you. If needed, they can connect you with the club’s General Manager.

Q. How can I update my personal/account details?

A. Update your details via our reception team, the Peak Fitness Mobile App, or the Client Portal.

Q. How can I provide feedback?

A. We value your feedback! Share your thoughts with our staff, fill out a feedback form at the club (QR code available), or use our Contact Us form on the website.
