ZUMBA® KIDS + KIDS JR
Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 4-11 years old get the chance to socialize with friends and jam out to their favorite music.
Zumba® Kids Jr classes are rockin’, high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.
Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography.
Zumba® Kids + Kids Jr helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, cultural awareness.
GROUP SUSPENSION TRAINING
Group suspension training is for everyone regardless of your fitness level or goals. It challenges you with your own bodyweight, getting you stronger, increasing your core stability, balance and flexibility.
Korce offers a well-rounded workout that focuses on both mobility and core strength for a more holistic approach to fitness. This class helps strengthen the core to enhance physical performance, and also to improve posture.
Strong Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Strong Nation® also has options to suit your specific goals. Strong Nation® also has a 30-minute class option that still packs a total-body workout into 30 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.
