PEAK SERIES is an exceptional HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Training Program in Malaysia, ready to support you in achieving a wide range of fitness objectives. Our PEAK SERIES program is divided into three classes, which are FORCE, BURST, and KIDX.
PEAK SERIES: FORCE
45 minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). A total body workout using body weight and functional equipment to help you improve muscle endurance and strength at the same time. It will give you the body shape that you wanted.
PEAK SERIES: BURST
A 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout to improve cardiovascular fitness, speed and agility, maximizing calorie burn. It combines bodyweight movements with cardio machines and functional equipment with explosive and high-impact movements to train and challenge your cardio fitness.
KIDX by Peak Fitness
A 45-minute class for kids aged 3-7 years old. Fun exercises promote stamina, strength and motor skills. Safe and age-appropriate activities that encourage lasting love for physical activity and overall wellness for kids.
