A 30-minute, high intensity workout that consists of various types of functional training exercises with equipment in a circuit. With high volume work and short recovery times in between, this class will put your metabolism into overdrive and helpmyou burn calories for hours after the workout.

Mix Pump is a perfect exercise regime that combines weights and cardio at the same time. A total body workout that mixes weight training and high-impact cardio that enhances lean muscle development.
