From sled pushes and rowing to wall balls and farmer’s carries, it tests your total-body strength and cardiovascular engine. It’s measurable, it’s scalable, and best of all, it’s incredibly fun.

You don’t need to be an elite athlete to cross the finish line. The magic of HYROX lies in its accessibility. The Malaysian HYROX scene has grown by 60% year-over-year, with more first-time participants joining than any other category.
